I had the pleasure of interviewing Iain MacDougall, who runs a hotel in Inverness City Center, with his sister and mother. The family has worked in hospitality for over a hundred years, and Iain shared their history with me.
It’s a fascinating story, and the hotel is full of history and
memories from the past. I have stayed there several times before and
appreciate the personal service they have provided. These previous
visits piqued my interest in the background of the business.
